Document Description
CDCR will replace the deteriorated evaporative cooling system with a Heating, Ventilation, and closed loop chilled water Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at ISP in support of 20 housing units and a majority of other institutional support facilities. The proposed project includes the installation of an energy saving roof membrane with insulation to meet the demand of the extreme environmental conditions experienced in Blythe. From July through October, temperatures range from 93 degrees F to 105 degrees F inside while outside temperatures range from 110 to 130 degrees fahrenheit.
