15331 This project consists of the repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public facilities involving no expansion of use beyond current levels; replacement of existing facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity of the structure replaced; minor public alterations in the condition of land and vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry purposes; included as "utility repairs or minor upgrades," activities affecting a historic resource in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standard's for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (Weeks and Grimmer 1995); on the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR § 15300.4.
