The proposed project consists of the following:
1. A Use Permit to allow the continued operation of an outdoor recreational vehicle and boat storage facility on approximately 2.00 acres in the M-1 (SM) zone. Note: The applicant also stores inoperable and unregistered vehicles on the property, however, those uses are permited outright in the M-1 zone.
2. A Use Permit to allow a night watchman and caretaker on site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the subject property.
