Document Description
This is in addition to the CERs space request. Flood Management is in need of additional space at 3310 El Camino even though CERs will be vacating their current space. DWR is also in the process of leasing approximately 25,000 Square Feet of Office and 10,000 Square Feet of storage space. This space is needed as the Division of Flood Management has received significant funding as a result of the passage of Executive Order S-18-06 and bill AB142. The Department has no other space available.
