The debris shall be disposed at a place where it cannot reenter State waters. No heavy equipment may be operated in the reservoir or streambed. The Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project also includes dredging a total of 2,400 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from Denniston Reservoir over a 5-year period. Eight hundred cubic yards would be dredged during the first year and 400 cubic yards each subsequent year. The applicant applied for separate Streambed Alteration Agreements for the dredging activities and the tule removal activities. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2008-0443-3 for the tule removal activities and 1600-207-0480-3 for dredging activities pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Coastwide County Water District.
