The project involves a previously approved tentative map in which three parcels and a remainder were approved. This project would modify that previous tentative map to create two parcels and a remainder. proposed Parcels 1 and 2 are on the east side of the hwy while the Remainder Parcel is on the west side of the highway. The project area is approx. 127.5 acres. Proposed Parcel 1 is 44.47 acres. Parcel 2 is 9.29 acres, and the Remainder Parcel is 73.72 acres. The Arbor Glen RV Park is located on Parcel 2.
