Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a 150 bed Veterans' Home on the 26.2 acre site. Because this is a design build project, actual building location, site design, building elevations, landscaping and other project specific facilities are not known at this time. Design options for this project will be developed by a Design-Builder team selected by DGS, but it is anticipated that the building will consist of single-stpry construction; however; the design of the building and placement on the site hace not been determined. Project guidelines for the development of the proposed Veterans Home project have been established by the project applicant.
