The changes that will be authorized by the issuance of the proposed permit include: 1. An increase to the ancillary hours of operation from Monday through Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am-3:00 pm to Monday through Friday 7:00 am-6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am-5:00 pm. 2. An increase to the permitted traffic volume from 250 vehicles per day to 400 vehicles per day.
