NOTE: Review Per Lead The proposed project involves the approval of a PD Permit overlay that would allow for the construction of single family residences on 18 of the 19 parcels that would comprise the project area after the approval of the Tentative Parcel Map. The remaining undeveloped parcel would be an open space easement, containing the unnamed seasonal creek that travels through the property from the southwest downhill to the northeast.
