THe project is a 3 parcel residential land division. The division would result in the creation of 3 ~10 acre parcels. One of the parcels would contain an existing single-family residence and outbuildings. Construction of minor improvements to the existing access road, existing water system, and driveway access to one of the proposed parcels would be necessary. Construction of driveways, on-site septic systems, residential buildings, and landscaping would likely occur on the proposed undeveloped parcels in the future.
