The applicant has applied for Planned Agricultural, Coastal Development, and Grading Permit to construct a new two-story 2,286 square foot single-family residence (1,6436 sq. ft. enclosed living space and 643 sq. ft. attached 2-car garage), a 5-000-gallon water storage tank for portable water and fire suppression (supplied by an existing well), improvements to the existing driveway, and construction of a new 85-foot lone, 18-foot wide bridge spanning San Gregorio Creek. The proposal also include a Lot Line Adjustment to transfer approximately 1.5 acres to the subject property from a neighboring parcel (APN 082-130-220) in order to encompass the existing access route from La Honda Rd.
