The project includes earthmoving activities, and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures associated with the construction of 21.9 gross acres of new vineyard (16.6 net acres) within a 163 acre holding. The project proposes the installation of vineyard within six blocks with topography ranging from gentle to moderately sloping (slopes typically 4% to 25%, averaging 10%) annual non-native grassland at elevations between ~650 and 800 ft above mean sea level.
