Document Description
The applicant proposes to legally merge and redevelop the sites at 139 and 145 W. Branch Street which totals 11,318 square feet. The project proposes the relocation of the existing structures to an off-site location within the Village of Arroyo Grande. Additionally, the project will remove a legal non-conforming billboard from the site. New construction will consist of a two story mixed use building (two floors of tenant space on West Branch Street and one floor of below grade parking accessible from Traffic Way). Proposed is 10,073 sf of commercial retail/office professional space with two residential studio units and 27 parking spaces.
