Document Description
The City of Parlier proposes an update to Title 18 of the Parlier Municipal Code aims to align with State requirements by amending definitions, updating permitted uses in zoning districts, and refining procedures to implement the City’s Housing Element. These changes establish processes for future development, and are consistent with the City's General Plan. Zoning and prezoning changes include rezoning Assessor’s Parcel Number 355-021-23 from R-1 to R-2, a portion of 355-031-27 from R-1 to R-3 with a minimum density of 20 units per acre, and prezoning part of Assessor’s Parcel Number 358-390-12 to R-3 for annexation into the City with the same density requirement.
