Document Description
The Project is a recycling facility accepting source separated, comingled recyclables with greater than 10% residual waste. The addendum analyzed increases in residual waste from 1% to 10%, increase in vehicle traffic from 200 to 224 trips per day and increase in staffing from 26 to 86 employees per shift. The facility will be classified as a Transfer Station.
