This project is located in the north Needles area between Needles Highway and the Colorado River. The area to the west of Needles Highway is comprised of undeveloped sections of land under the ownership of the Bureau of Land Management.
The development consists of 113 +/- acres of commercial property into 239 fully improved lots in a planned residential development of homes on parcels averaging 7,000 square feet, with two detention ponds: pond 1 - approximately 650' X 1100', and pond 2 - 900' X 500'.
