This project consists of installing 7,200 linear ft or 1.4 miles, of 24 inch reclaimed water pipeline beginning at Perimeter Rd., north of Aviation Dr., then traveling northwest to the intersection of Perimeter Rd. and Helendale Rd., then north to the City of Victorville's Wastewater Treatment Plant.
