The City proposes construction of the Hesperia Industrial Rail Lead Track Project, consisting of an Industrial lead track, an at-grade crossing and associated improvements. The proposed Project is approximately 1-mile and would be constructed along the existing unimproved G Avenue. The width of the lead track would be approximately 24 feet.
