Document Description
Provide a full service college curriculum including transfer and vocational curriculum, degree programs, certificate programs, and skill set certificates for a maximum student enrollment of 12,000 students. The project site, it is being divided into 2 parts: western and eastern. No new development or college uses are proposed on the western project site. The western project site would be utilized for surface parking. The eastern project site would be utilized to accommodate the new ELAC FirestoneEducational Center. The proposed project would adaptively re-use Buildings 1 and 3, as well as develop a parking structure on the eastern project site. Building 4 would be demolished with the proposed project in order to accommodate the proposed parking structure and universal playing field.
