A 330,000-square foot academic building would be constructed in Phase 1, including a rooftop athletic playing field. An 807-526 square foot sustainability center, with some academic uses, would be contructed in Phase 2 to provide specific education in "green technologies". A 30,000 square foot retail building would be constructed in Phase 3. Phase 3 would also include the construction of an at-grade bridge over Firestone Boulevard, which would be lowered. The bridge would contain retail uses and a pedestrian connection betwene the academic building and the sustainability center. Over 3,000 parking spaces would be provided with the proposed project.
