Document Description
The proposed project consists of extending Carroll Canyon Road between Scranton Road and Sorrento Valley Road, and construction of Direct Access Ramps to the High Occupancy Vehicle lanes on Interstate 805. The project will impact approximately 0.18 acre of riparian habitats associated with Carroll Canyon Creek. Compensatory mitigation for the impacts consists of restoration on site for temporary impacts, and purchase, restoration and long-term conservation of riparian habitats in the vicinity of the project for permanent impacts.
