Document Description
The Proposed Project would be constructed on surface Parking Lot J. It would consist of five stories and 310,000 sf. It would contain ~900 parking space with a maz of 950 parking spaces. The proposed structure would be accessed from locations off of Clark Avenue and Lew Davis Street. Construction of the Proposed Project is expected to start int he Summer of 2009 and be completed in ~10 months. The Proposed Project is scheduled for use by Fall 2010.
