The project will also include a two-story office and customer lounge and a Sheriff's Boatwright office and repair facility, as well as a public promenade and view park. Due to the topography, the structure will range in height from 67 to 75 feet. The gantry crane and protective covering will range from 73.5 feet to 81.5 feet in height.
