Document Description
The project includes improvements to a 90 acre parcel, 60 acres of which is an improved golf course known as the Westchester Golf Course and ~30 acres of which is vacant, just to the east of the southeryly portion of the eastern golf course boundary. The prject site includes ~23 +/- acres on the vacant 30 acres and ~3 +/- acres on the 60 acre golf course, for a total project site of 27 acres. Specifically, the project includes the addition of 3 new holes on the 30 acres vacant portion of the parcel and the modification of 2 existing holes located in the southeast portion of the existing 60 acre golf course. The proposed 23 acre addition of the 3 holes would be located in the northern area of the vacant portion of the 30 acre parcel. As proposed, a Site Plan Review of the project is required.
