Document Description
The proposed project is a two-phase campus enhancement and parking improvement plan for several existing facilities on the St. Monica campus. The project would improve the facilities available to the students, parishioners and the community. The project would also reduce the existing parking deficit and improve the availability of parking onsite when school is in session by constructing a subterranean parking garage. The two development phases are projected to be completed within a period of 7 to 10 years.
