The Program consists of 4 components, each of which is an individual project designed to more effectively and beneficially manage the District's water resources and facilities. The Program and each of its components are described in detail in the Draft EIR. Beneficiaries of the Program are the landowners and water users of the Buena Vista Water Storage District, as well as other entries who elect to participate in the Program. The Program is not located on any of the lists of sites enumerated under Section 65962.5 of the Government Code.
