Document Description
The proposed project consists of an application for a modification to existing CUP #08-011 to allow for the expansion of an existing facility located at 9001 North Lander Avenue in Hilmar, CA. The project also includes a sphere of influence amendment and an annexation of the southern portion of the project site to be included within the Hilmar County Water District (involving only the 34 acre parcel located south of August Road). The project site consists of the existing HCC facility and agricultural land. The proposed project consists of two new administration buildings, a cream processing facility, expansion of the existing cold storage building, a solar facility, a stormwater retention pond, wet well, parking, expansion of existing renewable energy recovery system, relocated stormwater retention pond, pedestrian crossing, and relocated driveway.
