Document Description
CA Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Sec. 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant the City of Clovis, represented by Steve White, for its Dry Creek Improvement Project. The applicant proposes to replace and extend a culvert under the intersection of Shepherd and Fowler Avenues to accommodate the widening of these city streets, and realign the Dry Creek Channel extending for a distance of 0.25 mi. west of the intersection of Shepherd and Fowler Avenues.
