The proposed project is a Conditional Use Permit to develop a 47,000 square-foot, two-story charter high school on 3.5 acres and the construction of Riverview Parkway, a public street, for a length extending approximately 1,000 feet west of Magnolia Avenue. The project site is within the boundary of a larger 14-acre remedial grading project which was evaluated under a previous Negative Declaration (AEIS08-19). The remedial grading will create business park building pads for future office park development, including the project site, and grading for the construction of Riverview Parkway.
