Document Description
The toner development project for Ocotillo Wells is to provide for an OHV training track with comfort/training facility. Also, construction of seven residence pads and the installation of split rail fence to protect certain areas in the toner compound will occur. This will include the drilling of a new water well and construction of a treatment and distribution plant. Electricity will be distributed from the existing power line and septic systems will be installed.
