Document Description
The project includes a change of source water for the Golden State Water Company (GSWC) Bay Point community from the existing GSWC Hill Street WTP to treated water from a Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) pipeline in the immediate area. By mutual agreement, CCWD will provide GSWC with 4.4 mgd of treated water to replace their existing capacity of 4.1 mgd.
