Document Description
The project is the approval by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) of a Removal Action Work Plan (RAW) prepared on November 4, 2008 for the City Hall and Civic Center site by AB Geoscience and Environmental Consultants. The objective of the RAW is to address the mitigation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) bearing coal tar creosote (Creosote) that is present in soils at the Site.
