Document Description
The RAW includes engineering and institutional controls with a Land Use Restriction to the property. The former IMCO Recycling Facility (Site) consists of 3.9 acres of undeveloped land located in a light industrial area. The Site is bounded by the Santa Fe Railroad property spur to the north; 6th Street to the south; a commercial property tot eh east; and a vacant lot to the west. DTSC entered into a Voluntary Cleanup Agreement (VCA) witht he property owner, 6th and Radio Business Park, LLC, on May 12,2005.
