Document Description
Construction of a 300 foot long CMU wall ranging in height from 2' - 4' and located along the north boundary of the wastewater treatment plant in the area of the digester tanks and north aeration basins to contain potential plant process spills and prevent flow offsite into adjacent surface water. Project includes installation of 12" diameter storm drain pipe from containment area to west treatment pond within plan facility. Project implements measure in SWWPPP for the treatment plants as updated July 2007.
