Document Description
The Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks proposes to design and build a campground at Hansen Dam Recreation Area. The design proposes bringing up to code the historic Holiday Lake Campground and picnic area and will provide educational environmental programming for area youth (ages 7-14) to include overnight camping. The camp would be situated on the site of the old Holiday Lake campground, taking advantage of the existing utilities. Presently the site has abandoned electricity and water, which would be brought up to current codes.
