Issue a permanent easement to the City of Sacramento for the 'R' Street Bridge in Old Sacramento State Historic Park for the purpose of providing a bikeway crossing across Interstate 5. The easement will be approximately 14,128.64 square feet or 0.32 acres. The City of Sacramento will notify DPR at least one week prior to performing work, including routine maintenance, within the easement boundaries.
