Document Description
SCS Engineers is proposing to excavate and remove approximately 123 tons of lead contaminated soil from a vacant lot near downtown Santa Rosa. Soil will be removed at a depth of no greater than 2 feet below ground surface and will be disposed of offsite at a licensed landfill. All soil excavation will be completed with the use of an excavator/backhoe and a transport truck. No equipment will be operated inside of the stream channel. SAA 1600-2008-0404-3.
