Document Description
During a recent maintenance inspection by the Solano County Water Agency (SCWA) it was discovered that existing rock slop protection for the channel under the Hawkins Road Bridge at Ulatis Channel, a feature of the Ulatis Flood Control Project, was displaced from under the bridge. Channel scour remediation was previously installed at this structure. The structure was determined to be scour critical at that time with imminent threat for loss of the structure.
SCWA will replace the lost cobble backfill with a large class of rock to preserve the installed protective measures and minimize future maintenance.
