Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Major Amendment 1 for Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0168, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Napa Redevelopment Partners, LLC This major amendment includes changes to the project description, such as a reduction in the number of bridges from 3 to1 and the addition of two storm drain outfalls within the unnamed channel (referred to as “Diagonal Ditch”). Additionally, several revisions have been made to existing measures in the Agreement, and additional measures pertaining to bridge construction and design, storm drain outfall construction and design, and water diversion and stream dewatering, have been included. Lastly, the area of required habitat restoration has increased from approximately 3,750 square feet to 10,454 square feet (i.e. 0.24 acres).
