Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0182-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Kendon Kuykendall. The project is limited to the expansion of the existing road and two 48-inch culverts from 10-feet wide to 20-feet wide wide with 2-foot shoulders on each side of the road. The existing headwalls on the inlets will be expanded to include concrete wing walls, approximately 14-feet long, with a concrete apron spanning the channel from the wing walls. The outlets of the culverts will be extended by 20-feet with a 16-foot by 16-foot coble apron for scour protection. The existing head walls on the outlet end of the cuvlerts will be removed. Native soils will be used for road base and compacted around culverts.
