Document Description
BVID is carrying out a tailwater recovery project that will relieve irrigation water supply constraints by pumping water from Dry Creek flows are primarily composed of tailwater from irrigated lands draining to Little Dry Creek. The Project as originally proposed includes construction of a recovery system consisting of a collection chamber, pump facility, and infiltration gallery, near and under Dry Creek, which more fully described in the Mitigated Negative Declaration ("MND") certified by BVID's Board of Directors on December 10, 2009 and in the Notice of Determination for such MND filed with the Yuba County Clerk on December 11, 2009, and the State Clearinghouse on December 14, 2009.
