The proposed project would include all actions necessary to consolidate the medical and administrative operations of the Fremont-Rideout Health Group on or adjacent to the Group's existing Rideout Memorial Hospital medical campus in the City of Marysville, CA. Individual undertakings involved in the overall project include: 1) construction of a new hospital tower and associated facilities at Rideout; 2) demolition of several buildings on the Rideout campus; 3) configuration of existing green space and parking lots on the Rideout campus; 4) expansion of an existing Cancer Treatment Center on the Rideout campus; and 5) relocation of existing medical and administrative services from the Fremont Medical Center in the city of Yuba City to the expanded Rideout Memorial Hospital campus and other facilities within the City of Marysville.
