Document Description
Individual undertakings involved in the overall project include: 1. The construction of a new hospital tower and associated facilities at Rideout; 2. Demolition of several buildings on the Rideout campus; 3. Reconfiguration of existing greenspace and parking lots on the Rideout campus; 4. Expansion of an existing Cancer Treatment Center on the Rideout campus; 5. Demolition and reconstruction of an off-campus Medical Office Building adjacent to the Rideout Memorial Hospital; and 6. Relocation of existing medical and administrative services from the Fremont Medical Center in the City of Yuba City to the expanded Rideout Campus and other facilities within the City of Marsyville.
