Document Description
The Proposed Project, NB355/NB355-A, is the second phase of buildings to be contructed pursuant to the Gilead Sciences Corporate Campus Master Plan approved on March 1, 2010. by Ordinance 554. The Master Plan authorizes the total square footage of te 40-acre Campus to increasefrom 629,154 square feet to 1,200,480 square feet of laboratory and office and related uses of biopharmaceuatical campus. The 40-acre campus includes the buildins between 320 and 328 Lakeside Drive. the 54,828 square feet office building at 355 Lakeside Drive is proposed to be demolished and a new 6 story, 124' tall, 191,235 square feet laboratory building and a new 3 story, 72' tall, 23, 914 square feet pilot laboratory are proposed to be constructed.
