Document Description
The proposed project would amend the previously approved Vintage Park General Development Plan approved for the Gilead Sciences Corporate South Campus Master Plan to change the use of the office building planned to replace the building located at 355 Lakeside Drive from office to laboratory and building planned between 353 and 357 Lakeside Drive; 2) a larger building footprint for NLB-2; 3) removal of building NLB-3 has been removed off the plan; 4) a change in the orientation of the office buildings planned along the edge of Vintage Lake; and 5) a change in the nomenclature of the building names to address the proposed amendments.
