The proposed project would demolish a 739-stall surface parking lot and construct the new Gilead Park (workspace plaza), including a private park, amphitheater, gardens, and ancillary parking (29 spaces). The project area consists of two parcels, totaling 236,126 square feet (5.35 acres) and Gilead proposes to merge the two existing parcels (APNs 094-122-070 and 094-122-080) into a single parcel.
