The Manabe Ow Specific Plan considers associated rezonings and plans for potential development of a 95 gross acre site including ~1 million sf of multi-tenant flexible light industrial business park space with up to 30,000 sf of support retail, 7.2 acres of workforce housing, at a density of 14 units/acre. The project plans also include enhancement and restoration of 25 acres of wetlands and potential fill of the site with up to 225,000 cy of fill to raise a portion of the side outside of the flood zone.
