Document Description
The project involves preparation of a Specific Plan and Development Agreement for the development of a 95 gross acre site with approximately one million square feet of multi-tenant flexible light industrial business park space and up to 30,000 square feet of retail support and 7.2 acres of workforce housing at a density of 14 units per net acre. The workforce housing site may also include a job producing component such as a live work, or assisted living component. The site includes 65 net buildable acres of land and also involves the restoration of 25 acres of wetlands.
