Document Description
The project includes a proposed two-phased industrial development located northwest of the intersection of Arch and Austin Roads. Phase I consists of subdividing three parcels zoned for industrial use within the City of Stockton. Total phase 1 development is 291+\- acres and will result in 22 developable lots. Phase 2 of the proposed project requires the prezoning and annexation of the adjacent 148+\- acre unincorporated county parcel. This parcel lies within the City of Stockton's Urban Services Boundary and Sphere of Influence, contiguous to the city boundary. The parcel is designated for industrial use in the City's General Plan. The two phases will be developed independently.
