Document Description
The project involves the renovation of an existing natural grass field, including upgrading the existing irrigation system, drainage system, the import of a 12" section of sand and installation of a new Bermuda sod. The renovation will require the import of approx 3,000 cubic yards of sand and the off haul of approx 500 cubic yards of existing soil. Import and export materials will not be stored on site; these materials will be placed upon delivery.
